In OSV 300's Bylaws, under Article XII, Section 1, it is required of the Corporation to maintain a contact register of the members. In addition, Fla. Stat. § 718.111(12) governs official records and what must be maintained. Your information will not be shared with anyone outside of the Board. * Required.

Information and instructions that will be helpful in case emergency access is needed, such as stopping a leak causing damage to yours or others' units. Under Fla. Stat. § 718.111(5)(a), "the association has the irrevocable right of access to each unit during reasonable hours, when necessary for maintenance, repairs, or replacements of common elements or of any portion of a unit to be maintained by the association pursuant to the declaration or as necessary to prevent damage to the common elements or to a unit or units."
